3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available for qualifying orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs (for international orders).

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
  • Certain states and regions with restrictions on vape or cannabis-related products may not be eligible for delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • For lost packages, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. However, we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
